Responsibilities
- Assist the IT department with daily technical troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients.
- Conduct research to support ongoing projects and market analysis.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize daily workflows and processes.

Qualifications
