Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team in researching industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Support the daily operations of the HR and recruitment department.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate candidate databases.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to project planning.
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare meeting materials for stakeholders.
- Perform quality assurance testing on software and documentation.
- Shadow senior employees to learn organizational processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid setting.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
- Must be available to work full-time for the summer session.
