Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and network connectivity during night operations.
- Assist in data entry, verification, and reporting of nightly logs.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure 24/7 operational excellence and continuity.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on office equipment and software applications.
- Support technical troubleshooting for internal staff and external clients via ticketing systems.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to improve future workflows.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and team huddles.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Summer/Fall 2023/2024 start).
- Strong interest in IT support, operations, or customer service roles.
- Ability to commit to a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and internet navigation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami office.
