Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot server systems and network infrastructure during overnight hours.
- Perform routine data entry, analysis, and database maintenance tasks.
- Assist senior engineers in implementing software patches and security updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Conduct quality assurance testing for new software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during morning shift handovers.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (rising Junior/Senior preferred).
- Availability to work 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (Night Shift).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
