Responsibilities
- Support daily operations through data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects using Microsoft Office Suite and basic digital tools
- Research industry trends and compile actionable insights for team initiatives
- Assist in event coordination and community outreach activities
- Participate in professional development workshops and networking sessions
- Shadow senior team members to understand department workflows
- Contribute to team meetings with prepared updates and feedback
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of an accredited college/university
- No prior professional experience required—open to all majors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
