What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with senior staff on market analysis and strategic planning.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update our internal documentation and databases.
- Monitor social media channels and report on engagement metrics.
- Support the logistics of team events and client outreach activities.
- Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with daily administrative tasks and project management.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Update and maintain social media channels and company blog content.
- Support the sales department by preparing presentations and organizing client meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior year preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to the office location.
