Responsibilities
- Develop and test software components using Python, Java, and cloud platforms
- Participate in daily agile stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Contribute to open-source projects under senior engineer guidance
- Document technical specifications and create API documentation
- Perform code reviews and optimize application performance
- Present project outcomes to cross-functional teams
- Attend industry workshops and technical training sessions
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
- Basic understanding of version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to commit 40 hours/week for 10-12 weeks
- Must be eligible for college credit through your institution
- Experience with APIs and RESTful services is a plus
