We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to join our dynamic operations team in New York. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on weekend shifts. You will work closely with senior staff to ensure our systems run smoothly and our clients receive exceptional support during peak weekend hours.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of internal systems and databases during weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve tickets efficiently.
- Prepare reports and data analysis for the weekend operations team to inform decision-making.
- Participate in agile meetings and sprint planning sessions to understand software development lifecycles.
- Support the customer success team by handling high-priority inquiries during peak weekend periods.
- Document technical processes and contribute to the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the internship (Summer/Fall Start).
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts (Python, Java, or JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
