Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for clients during weekend peak hours.
- System Maintenance: Monitor and perform basic maintenance on internal systems to ensure weekend operations run smoothly.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Accurately input and organize weekly operational data into the CRM and reporting databases.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for weekend inquiries via phone and email.
- Project Assistance: Support the team with research and preparation for upcoming weekly sprint planning sessions.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date logs of technical issues and resolution steps for the team's knowledge base.
- Event Support: Assist in setting up and managing on-site technical needs for weekend community events.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) for the duration of the summer internship.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, and network connectivity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
