Responsibilities

- Support Operations: Help the weekend operations team with daily reporting, filing, and administrative tasks.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to basic inquiries via email and phone, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to ongoing projects by conducting research, compiling documents, and preparing presentations.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings and brainstorming sessions to suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Schedule: Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.
