Responsibilities
- Weekend Support: Monitor and maintain system performance and database integrity during weekend hours.
- Data Management: Assist in the collection, cleaning, and entry of weekly operational data.
- Project Assistance: Support the IT department with software updates and hardware troubleshooting for weekend staff.
- Reporting: Compile weekly reports on system status and operational metrics for the Monday morning team meeting.
- Customer Assistance: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for internal weekend clients.
- Documentation: Update internal wikis and technical documentation with new findings and procedures.
Qualifications
- Enrollment: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work a Weekend Shift (e.g., Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) during the summer months.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with web browsers.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to perform detailed tasks accurately and efficiently.
