Responsibilities
- Support the IT Help Desk by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of local and networked printers.
- Monitor system logs and alert administrators to potential security risks.
- Prepare technical documentation and user manuals for internal teams.
- Participate in code reviews and software testing sessions.
- Learn and apply basic scripting languages to automate routine tasks.
Qualifications
