Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance logs and alert channels to identify and resolve technical anomalies.
- Respond to and troubleshoot incoming support tickets from internal clients and external partners.
- Collaborate with the day shift engineering team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and continuity of operations.
- Conduct routine data entry, system backups, and documentation updates to maintain accurate records.
- Assist in the testing and validation of new software patches and hardware configurations.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professional communication during all interactions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM).
- Strong foundational knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
