Responsibilities
- Assist Operations Team: Support daily weekend operations and special projects with high attention to detail.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain digital records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Client Support: Provide Tier 1 support to internal clients and external partners during weekend shifts.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to ongoing IT and marketing initiatives, preparing reports and presentations.
- Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest creative solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
