Responsibilities
- Assist in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of corporate systems
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability scanning and incident response
- Configure and test cloud infrastructure components on AWS/Azure platforms
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software deployment projects
- Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning sessions
- Present technical findings to senior engineers during weekly reviews
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and virtualization
- Experience with command-line interfaces and scripting (Python/Bash)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
