Responsibilities
- Analyze Data: Assist the operations team in collecting and interpreting weekly performance data.
- Support Operations: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for weekend system users.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, issues, and resolutions.
- Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve workflows.
- Testing: Assist in Quality Assurance testing for new software releases.
- Learning: Complete assigned training modules related to company protocols and software tools.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the Summer/Fall semester.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data entry.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Attitude: Eager to learn, adaptable, and a positive team player.
