Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with data management and administrative duties.
- Support weekend customer service initiatives and client inquiries.
- Conduct market research and compile weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute weekend projects.

- Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Proactive attitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
