Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research and compile detailed reports for leadership review.
- Support customer service initiatives during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain and organize digital filing systems and project documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions.
- Shadow senior staff to learn industry best practices and workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior, Senior, or recent graduate).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Reliable transportation is required.
