Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via chat/email for enterprise clients during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Document and troubleshoot hardware/software issues using Zendesk and Jira systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated incidents within SLA
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation for critical infrastructure monitoring
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for weekend support workflows
- Complete weekly skill development modules in cloud technologies
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (minimum 16 hours/week)
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS OS and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk/ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot remotely using diagnostic tools
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site rotations
- Must maintain student enrollment through internship duration
