Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in coding, testing, and debugging software applications under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends and analyze the competitive landscape in the hospitality and tech sectors.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding project progress, user feedback, and analytical findings.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and cross-functional team meetings to contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation.
- Manage social media channels and assist in the creation of engaging content to enhance our employer brand and marketing reach.
- Support administrative operations including scheduling, data entry, and document management to ensure smooth office workflows.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) to be eligible for credit verification.
- Strong communication skills – the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with web browsers.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically, work independently, and adapt to new challenges.
