Responsibilities
- Assist Development Teams: Collaborate with senior engineers to write, test, and debug code for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor data to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Support Data Analysis: Process and visualize large datasets to help the business make data-driven decisions.
- Attend Strategy Meetings: Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly planning sessions to understand project lifecycles.
- Create Content: Draft blog posts, social media copy, and internal documentation.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve minor technical issues reported by users or internal teams.
Qualifications
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Associate’s degree program in a relevant field (Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or Design).
- Academic Standing: A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred, demonstrating strong work ethic.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to think critically and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others.
- Reliability: Ability to commit to a 10-12 week summer schedule.
