Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations team with data collection, entry, and analysis for regional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights in the Charlotte and Pennsylvania markets.
- Support daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, filing, and maintaining digital records.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and presentation materials for team review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Attend and participate in weekly team huddles and brainstorming sessions.
- Help coordinate summer events and client outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program (Freshman to Senior year).
- Must be eligible to receive academic credit for the internship through your university.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to commit to 20-25 hours per week during the summer session.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional field work.
