Responsibilities
- Assist in developing fintech software solutions using Python and JavaScript
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for new product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile development cycles
- Present project findings to stakeholders through data visualizations
- Document technical processes and create user documentation
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives
- Shadow senior engineers to learn industry best practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, or JavaScript
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week during the program
- Interest in fintech, software development, or data analysis
- Must arrange college credit through your institution
