Responsibilities
- Assist the operations and recruitment teams with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research and compile detailed reports on industry trends.
- Support the sales department by updating CRM databases and tracking leads.
- Coordinate and schedule internal team meetings and client calls.
- Prepare presentation materials, slide decks, and internal communications.
- Learn and utilize project management software to track deliverables.
- Participate in weekly intern shadowing and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 required; proof of enrollment and credit eligibility is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
