Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily technical tasks and workflow optimization.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic planning.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and presentation materials for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and social media content creation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Sophomore/Junior preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to commit to a 12-16 week internship program (Summer or Fall start).
- Reliable transportation to the office in Colorado Springs.
