Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in designing, testing, and implementing software solutions.
- Analyze existing codebases to identify bugs and improve system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Create technical documentation and maintain project logs.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Support quality assurance testing to ensure product reliability.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (rising Junior, Senior, or Graduate student).
- Strong understanding of programming concepts (Python, Java, or C# preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work full-time (35-40 hours/week) during the summer.
