Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Success and Sales teams with daily operational tasks and data management.
- Monitor and update client accounts within the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Participate in weekly strategy meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Create engaging content for social media channels and internal newsletters.
- Support the coordination of client events and team building activities.
- Handle administrative duties including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School or pursuing a Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the summer.
