Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, including stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in reporting discrepancies to management.
- Participate in promotional activities and marketing events to drive foot traffic.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School or College (students welcome).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
