Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on exceptional service.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to assist in strategic planning.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and events.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory organization.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (rising Junior/Senior preferred).
- Must be available for full-time or part-time summer availability (Monday–Friday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
