Responsibilities
- Assist with Daily Operations: Support the operations team in executing daily administrative tasks, data entry, and filing systems to ensure smooth office flow.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with clients and stakeholders via phone and email, providing high-quality service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to assist the marketing team in formulating strategies.
- Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects, preparing presentations and reports as needed.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the organization and execution of company summer events and team-building activities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide daily updates to the management team.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time or part-time during the summer months.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges.
