Responsibilities
- Monitor & Manage: Oversee daily operational logs and system alerts during the night shift to ensure 24/7 business continuity.
- Customer Support: Assist evening clients and team members via phone and email, resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Data Integrity: Accurately input, update, and verify data into company databases and CRM systems to maintain high-quality records.
- Reporting: Generate daily and weekly performance reports to track key metrics and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to hand over critical information and ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Process Optimization: Assist in identifying bottlenecks in current procedures and propose practical solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4 PM - 12 AM or 6 PM - 2 AM).
- Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and computer navigation.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Time Management: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new software tools and adapt to changing business priorities.
