Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist the team with data entry, research, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Client Relations: Communicate with clients and team members via email and phone to provide updates and support.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends and competitor activities relevant to our industry.
- Content Creation: Help draft social media posts, reports, and internal documents under supervision.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and preparing presentation materials.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (preferred majors: Business, Marketing, Communications, or IT).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; internship is the primary focus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week, with a preference for Summer or Fall start dates.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation required to commute to our Tucson office.
