Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering team in developing, testing, and debugging software solutions.
- Analyze user data to identify trends and recommend improvements for product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) on daily operations and strategy.
- Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and status updates.
- Participate in agile meetings, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain and update internal databases and systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree program.
- Major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
- Basic knowledge of web development or data analysis tools is a plus.
