Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with content creation, social media management, and market research analysis.
- Update and maintain project databases, internal records, and client contact lists to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Attend weekly team meetings to stay aligned with project goals and provide verbal updates.
- Support administrative operations including scheduling, data entry, and filing.
- Monitor industry trends and compile competitor analysis summaries for leadership review.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- No prior experience required—we value potential and attitude over history.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer months.
- Reliable transportation to our office location in Austin.
