Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in writing clean, efficient, and scalable code for web applications and software solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support our digital marketing strategies and SEO initiatives.
- Create engaging content for social media channels and internal communications, ensuring brand voice consistency.
- Participate in agile development meetings, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Analyze user feedback and data metrics to identify trends and propose improvements to products or services.
- Support the HR department in recruiting efforts, including screening resumes and coordinating interview schedules.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (rising Junior, Senior, or Graduate student preferred).
- Strong interest in Technology, Marketing, Business, or Data Analysis.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer/fall semester.
