Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and content teams with daily administrative tasks and research projects.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with our community to increase brand awareness.
- Conduct SEO audits and keyword research to optimize our web presence and improve search rankings.
- Prepare weekly reports and presentations for management reviews.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and updating candidate databases.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer.
- Interest in digital marketing, SEO, or business operations.
