Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and content team with daily social media management and copywriting.
- Conduct in-depth market research and compile data reports for internal analysis.
- Support the IT department with basic troubleshooting and software testing.
- Collaborate with senior staff to develop creative marketing strategies.
- Manage and update the company’s CRM database and internal documents.
- Attend and take notes during weekly team meetings and training workshops.
- Help organize and coordinate upcoming company events and community outreach.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Associate’s degree program (Marketing, IT, Business, or Communications preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media platforms, or web design is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
