Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist the marketing team in executing and monitoring digital campaigns across various social media platforms.
- Manage and update the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) database with accurate data.
- Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social media channels under guidance.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and presentation decks for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative project ideas and solutions.
- Provide administrative support for team meetings, events, and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and social media management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Available to start immediately for the Summer/Fall session with a commitment of 15-20 hours per week.
