Responsibilities
- Support daily operations in IT, marketing, or finance departments
- Assist with data analysis and reporting using Excel/SQL
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with agile teams
- Contribute to digital marketing campaigns and social media
- Research industry trends and prepare competitive analyses
- Participate in weekly innovation sprints
- Document processes and create technical documentation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a U.S. college/university (any major)
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during summer months
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python (preferred but not required)
