Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal teams and clients
- Assist with hardware/software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Conduct routine system maintenance and updates
- Participate in cross-departmental innovation workshops
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Present project findings to department leadership
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Familiarity with networking concepts and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license (for occasional off-site visits)
