Responsibilities
- Assist in Software Development: Collaborate with senior developers to write clean, efficient code for internal applications and client projects.
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze industry data to support strategic decision-making and competitive analysis.
- Project Management Support: Help track project milestones, update documentation, and coordinate tasks within the team.
- Client Communication: Participate in client calls and meetings, taking notes and providing administrative support as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Perform testing and debugging to ensure software functionality and user satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Engage in daily stand-ups and brainstorming sessions to contribute creative solutions.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Academic Standing: A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred to demonstrate strong work ethic and academic dedication.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Python, or SQL is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the summer months (May through August).
