Responsibilities
- Assist the IT and Marketing teams with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports to support business strategies.
- Monitor social media channels and assist in creating engaging content for our audience.
- Attend weekly team meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
- Support the execution of internal communications and internal newsletters.
- Perform basic technical troubleshooting for office equipment and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Must be available to work full-time (or part-time) during the summer months.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn new technologies and processes.
- Basic understanding of SEO or social media platforms is a plus.
