Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic planning.
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media management and content creation.
- Collaborate with the product team to gather user feedback and identify improvement areas.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and presentation decks for management reviews.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and project management software.
- Support the technical documentation process and help troubleshoot basic client inquiries.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, or digital analytics tools is a plus but not required.
- High level of enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
