Responsibilities
- Software Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test high-quality software applications.
- Code Review: Participate in code reviews and learn best practices for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Documentation: Assist in writing technical documentation, API specs, and user manuals to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Problem Solving: Debug and resolve technical issues, utilizing debugging tools and logging services effectively.
- Meetings: Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to stay aligned with project goals.
- Research: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and propose innovative solutions to improve existing workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Academic Standing: Must be in good standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python is preferred. Familiarity with Git and version control is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer months.
