Responsibilities
- Data Processing: Assist in the daily collection, verification, and entry of large datasets during night operations.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and alert the technical team to any anomalies or downtime.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks on processed data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Technical Support: Provide basic troubleshooting support to internal team members via the helpdesk portal.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and update project documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the night shift cohort to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a High School, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
