Responsibilities
- SEO Execution: Assist in executing on-page SEO strategies, including meta tag optimization and schema markup implementation.
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for our clients.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all web copy.
- Analytics: Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, reporting key insights to the team.
- Technical Audits: Participate in technical website audits to identify crawl errors and improve site speed and user experience.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for our own growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or web development concepts is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tools: Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics) is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available for the full summer duration (40 hours/week).
