All participants receive academic credit approval for their university programs.
As an intern, you'll gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies, financial modeling techniques, and agile methodologies. Our structured development plan includes weekly workshops on leadership, data analysis, and innovation strategies. Previous interns have gone on to secure full-time roles at top companies or launched their own startups.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven solutions for real client projects
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to deliver sprint-based deliverables
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for product development
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership teams
- Participate in innovation hackathons and design thinking workshops
- Maintain detailed project documentation using industry-standard tools
- Contribute to open-source initiatives aligned with company values
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a relevant degree
- Minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0 (or equivalent) with strong academic standing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or financial modeling concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to commit to 20-30 hours/week during the program
