Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to technical support tickets and customer inquiries during night hours.
- Assist in troubleshooting software and hardware issues for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the development team to document bugs and suggest improvements.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to align on project goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical interactions and resolutions.
- Support the implementation of new system updates and software patches.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to support team initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred).
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule (typically 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
