As a Summer Intern, you will be integrated into our agile teams, working alongside senior developers and data scientists. We are looking for passionate individuals who want to bridge the gap between academic theory and professional practice.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications using modern web technologies.
- Conduct code reviews and participate in daily stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for features and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into responsive, high-quality user interfaces.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to existing technical challenges.
- Document technical processes and maintain technical documentation for the development team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be able to receive college credit for this internship.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (Java, Python, or C# preferred).
- Experience with web development frameworks (React, Angular, or Node.js) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer months.
