Responsibilities
- Assist the Development Team: Support backend and frontend engineers in coding, debugging, and testing software applications.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and gather data to assist in product strategy and development.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project milestones and deliverables.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation and user manuals.
- User Testing: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and usability.
- Database Management: Help maintain and update company databases using SQL and other data management tools.
- Meeting Support: Take meeting minutes and prepare presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Academic Standing: Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Availability: Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week, including some flexibility for evening or weekend meetings if needed.
- Passion: A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn in a professional setting.
